Order Processing Times

All orders are fulfilled by our trusted U.S. fulfillment partner Supliful.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days before shipment.

  • Large orders (200+ units): 5–10 business days.

  • Processing begins once your order status changes to “Accepted.”

  • During the first 2 hours after placing an order (status: “New”), you may still request address changes or cancellation.

  • Once an order is “Accepted”, it is sent to our fulfillment team and cannot be changed or canceled.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact support@agewellformulas.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy (replace with your refund policy link).


Order Changes & Cancellations

You may update your shipping address or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, before it moves into “Accepted” status.
Once fulfillment begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.


Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed shipments, or customs refusal.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
