Overview

At Agewell Formulas, we take pride in the quality of our supplements and the care taken to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.
Because our products are dietary supplements, for safety and quality control reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been opened or delivered — except in cases of damage, defect, or loss during shipping.


Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly replace or refund your order under the following conditions:

  • Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
    Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Please include photos and a short explanation of the issue.

  • Lost Packages
    Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement order at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method within a few business days.

Claims deemed an error on our part or on our fulfillment partner Supliful will be covered at our expense.


How to Submit a Claim

Please email support@agewellformulas.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the issue (if applicable)

  3. A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Exemptions (No Refund or Replacement)

We are unable to process refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or Insufficient Address – If the provided address is invalid, the shipment will be returned or destroyed. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed Shipments – Packages returned because they were unclaimed are not eligible for refund.

  • Buyer’s Remorse – We do not issue refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, flavor preferences, or no longer wanting the product.

  • Rejected by Customs – Packages rejected or destroyed by customs cannot be refunded.

  • Order Cancellation After Fulfillment – Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started or the item has shipped.

  • Product Discontinuation or Long Out-of-Stock Periods – We cannot compensate for marketing or campaign expenses due to stock issues.

  • Uncollected FedEx Deliveries – If an order is not delivered due to refusal, incorrect information, or unpaid import duties/taxes, the shipment may be abandoned or destroyed. In such cases, no refund or reshipment will be offered.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your email confirmation to verify approval.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times can vary.

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund after completing these steps, please contact support@agewellformulas.com for assistance.


TikTok Shop Orders

If your order was placed through TikTok Shop, you can open a support ticket directly within the TikTok Shop app under your order details. TikTok will coordinate with our support team for resolution.

Refunds via TikTok Shop follow the same policy — only eligible for damaged, defective, or lost packages.
All other sales are considered final.


Health & Safety Notice

For consumer protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used supplements under any circumstance.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.


Governing Law

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. The English-language version of this policy shall prevail in all interpretations.
